Can we have a mod make this higher in the thread? So new users don't put more balance than they need or leave balances out? Obviously this sucks because some have balances in here and won't be able to use it in time before they close.

I think you should be willing to offer refunds to those unable to use their account balances in such a short time.

Yes we do offer refunds in BTC for clients who are looking for that as mentioned on our website home page and via email to all our clients. I should have stated in my red message here as well
