Goodluck, I have a couple of questions

Why are your accounts being banned? Are you using black hat monetization method? If so, what kind of methods or where could I read up on them?

Also you mentioned you will do guides and pranks, are these guides for popular Apps like 'Clash of Clans guide' with games you find low competition for? Or other types of guides?

How well do prank apps perform? It seems like a really small niche like 'phone call prank' and 'broken screen prank' will all have a lot of competition?

Finally, what do you think of quiz and trivia apps, could they do well?

UPDATE 2
So after I got my accounts suspended, I tried to find the max reasons to suspend an account ( many cases: before publishing / after publishing ..etc )
1 - Graphics
A - metadata and EXIF ( using PNG always and when exporting I don't check the info box in PS )
B - Google images detection ( spam character or trademark or blacklisted niches )

2 - Code
A - Changing Classes + activities names
B - Keystore and PC data
C - Repetitive content

3 - Account Machine + IP
A - Machine setup
B - Using Fresh IP / network

WHAT IM GOING TO DO NOW?

- Setup New machines / Install random programs / random fonts / setup timing and language to match the IP
- #TEST1: Publish empty App ( no ads or spam related content )
- #TEST2: Modify in all code every APK generated ( still a spam app with my Admob in it ) and re-sign it via APK signer tool
- Setup new graphics to all niches ( i used to add some light to the pic and publish :p no worries lol

- Accs got suspended for many reasons i think, and No I didn't publish any blackhat things on last apps / ads outside the app + CPA aggressive offers

the meaning of prank here is not the real definition of prank, exemple : clash of clans coins generator
Finally, what do you think of quiz and trivia apps, could they do well?
i had a good experience with quizzes in 2017 and they still work now if you are welling to invest some good bucks in it

as i said early, if the payment method can change in your own admob in your country that means you can buy an account and change info : good to go
where : search on facebook something like : adsense COUNTRYNAME or admob COUNTRY NAME
you will find them there or try ebay if u live in UK / US ..

Its not hard bro, just look it up by yourself. But avoid Europe accs because there's GDPR laws that make admob monitoring more likely. :)

its an extension that shows the AdSense dashboard and earnings with 1 click without sign in to Adsense every time.

Yes, for now, different machine to sign the apps not build the apps / check their website :)

UPDATE 3
got my apps published after many tries and all of them got removed because of one signal shit
so the plan B now is to make sure I don't run into the same problem again and publish them all again,
I'm doing some experiments and I need google play accounts with 2 or 3 apps published already if you know someone who sells them

hey have old accounts without suspanded app? or you only need 2 or 3 apps published no matter the age of accts ?

What was the reason for removal
 
My 3 year old account suspended recently with 1M+ installs on app, so created new account with new machine, App published but problem is I'm not able to find App by name, pakage name, developer name, what could be reason? Any solution?

No i never received any mail or notice related any violation earlier that's what problem is, they never clearly describe real issue/violation, so no way to fix that if our app violating any policy unknowingly
