Hello guys,
I have two Paypal accounts 1 is mine has all my real info 2 credit cards verified associated with the account
The second account is my created under my mom's info but has no bank or credit card associated.

I linked my mom's PayPal with the Streamlabs platform so I get my Tips from my viewers right to 'MOMS" Paypal account.

Now I got issues with my Paypal "MOMS" accounts I can't log in! I can't get to the funds



That's exactly what I did I called the support and give the support such info like email name address , then it's verified my "mom's" account so the support so he can start to see into my issue after I give all the information, the support came back and told me "is this your account". I didn't lie I told him it's my mom's account because. I can't deny.

After that, the support told me to give the phone so he can talk to the owner of the account. it's all good

But it's a really big problem to confirm it's owned by my mother, my mom doesn't know shit about this online stuff. I told me wasn't home and I'll try to call PayPal later.

Please some help on this, how I can get the account back. even if my mother talked to them what she could've asked by Paypal.

No, I can't trust to let my mother talk to them, she wouldn't handle this like you said "expect NOT to be slapped" Paypal would ask something weird of course.

Yes maybe, I have the activity of my the tips on the accounts, what she could answer if she got asked how did collect the tips.

You are either very stupid or very conniving by your actions. So your mother is unaware you stole her identity to set up a PP account, to take payment from whatever you are selling.
Now imagine things go badly wrong, someone does a huge chargeback and the account goes into a minus balance and then you have letters from debt collectors coming to your mums house....

You need to buy your mum a nice bunch of flowers, take her out for a meal and explain how you make your money, explain you were stupid and used her details. Then ask her to ring them and have the following written down for her;
All the details you gave to create the account, bank details etc. Even have ready some details of the products/services you have been selling, under her name.

Bad move on your part, why would you use your mothers info without her consent?

If I was her I would be furious. Given the notion of this thread I can imply that you are very young perhaps a kid even. When dealing with bank accounts and sensitive information you really need to know what you are doing.

The fix is simple, a call needs to be made to paypal, so that you can confirm the identity via ID photo, and SSN. That's all they probably want. Having two accounts with the same IP and address from two different people should not be an issue. I have several accounts from the same IP and address different names on accounts. So the issue most likely lies in the verification. Again its not a big deal, but since it is not your information and you opened the account without consent your mom may not trust or want to verify the account.

You better start cleaning the house until its spotless, then ask mom. Take out the trash too man, come on.
