Summary
For the review, I asked the seller to create an account loaded up for me on their platform. The details of my review are below.

Service Information

• The seller got back to me fairly quickly with the account they created for me to test their service.
• The tool was pretty easy to use. It mostly walks you through how to use it as you're using it.
• I sent a handful of campaigns that were just text, image, and video campaigns.
• After I sent the campaigns in, the status reports were generated successfully.
• Update October 21, 2019: I re-tested the service at the request of another member. I ran several additional campaigns with several different numbers I had access to, and some of those numbers were used in different campaigns. It took about 2 hours before any of the number received a message on WhatsApp. All of the messages came through successfully exactly the way I sent them.

What Could Use Improvement

• The English is a bit funky on the site (e.g., "Panding Report").
• It took a while for the status reports to generate. I don't have any precise times, so we'll just say "more than an hour".

Additional Information

• As I don't have access to any Whatsapp accounts I can use for this review, I was unable to confirm if the messages have been sent to the recipients. I re-tested the service at the request of another member. As you can tell from the updated points in this review, I was able to confirm that all of my campaigns were successful.
• The numbers need to be put in using a "+15555555555" format, with a comma at the end of the numbers.
• The seller let me know that the messages are sent within 24 hours and that there's a 2 MB upload limit with files.
• Please note that I could not run a large campaign as I do not have the time or resources to do this.
