You are not able to export in your version. I already contacted you on Skype and tried to do a Teamviewer with you, you never answered.
Also, I tried to help you using alternative as DB Browser for SQLite which on the first versions of the software we were using it to access all data and copy directly to Excel. But you didn't answer as well.
What can you do when you try to help someone and he just wants to keep flaming the thread?

I have been working on refactoring and finishing the Data Extractor to properly adjust to your configurations. Also I'm adding other sources for Search Engines so you can get other results. I will be working on this around this week.

Soon after I launch version 0.9.0 I will set a 7 days trial. Working hard on fixing some bugs and logics to trigger Error Alerts.

It won't let me export any of my leads to csv. It says "'charmap' codec can't encode characters in position 203-205: character maps to <undefined>" how do I fix this?

I'm not sure if people would prefer reading a guide than watching a set of videos. Like a real-life application of the software. I think is a fair trade, you can download OBS which is free and open-source and record your screen into videos that you upload to your own channel. I will teach you some tips so you can monetize selling leads to people in need.
The workaround that customers are using is to download https://sqlitebrowser.org/ which is 100% free. Then you open the database.db file autogenerated on your LinkGrow folder. There you can do whatever you want to the database.
That bug will be fixed in the next version, but Data Navigation is not the main priority so that is why DB Browser for SQLite is a good option to export data, copy and paste directly to Excel and so.
I've been working on this for the last 5 days, I stopped for a while since I had to focus on main job problems. Right now just hired someone in my city and he is a fast learner. I will train to help me with GUI and User Experience. That way you will have very solid weekly updates. Right now I am financing from a Lifetime / Founder license that I will cancel eventually and focus on recurring payments.
This is a product that can be paid for itself in just 1 gig you sell on Fiverr. You will be able to automate data mining using API's and automated browser functions that you build yourself.
Here are the updates I have so far:
- API functions to get data adapted to Leads and now on Data Extractor. Including Yelp and working on Google Places.
- Fixed "Add new network to scrape" so you can add any network, it doesn't matter it requires login. You will set your own XPath parameters and specify if you need to log in or if you want to scrape from Search Results (working on this.)
- HTML Emails enabled. Campaign creation limited with waiting times. This Campaign Tab is designed to capture prospects into your CRM, I will work on a guide on how to adapt with HubSpot so you can add people that answers you back.
- I did about 5 hours of testing to make sure functions work good and I add error messages.

Price right now is $350 for LIFETIME/ FOUNDERS. But considering you get fresh data from many networks and also it has a contacting module included, it is something cheap on the market just for 1 payment.

Just to update you guys, I finally solved some issues that were very time consuming on my tax declaration and all stuff.
But I am back since few days ago and here are new updates:
1.- Yelp API integrated to scrape Companies. The API is limited so you need to get a plan for it.
2.- Integrated Foursquare API which is also limited and you need a better plan.
3.- Clearbit API is on for Prospects (Profiles) and getting Companies, I need to test some more.
4.- Google Places API is sketched and I need to test, but to get access to API you need to enter a credit card, they won't charge you until you reach the limits.
5.- MASS EMAIL VERIFICATION is done using a free API, you need to use Backconnect proxies in order to scan all your leads emails.
6.- Added and tested Google, Yahoo and Yandex results, Google gives so much leads but it will limit you with CAPTCHA, so you also need to set up a Backconnect proxy in order to use it.
7.- Data Extractor via Web Browser automation is now working and tested, you set your own configurations and scrape from any network using same Search engines to get URLs, and then it will open the browser and iterate them to get information. There you will get more juicy data than using API.
8.- Automator will be restructured but I already planned that it will be adapted to API and Web Browser.
I will be compiling this week. So as you know, Lifetime/Founders license will raise its price. If you are JR VIP please let me know so I can give you a 30% discount coupon.

Just finished a video tutorial showing how you can configure any network that you want to data-mine for important data.
This is the Data Extractor Tab inside the software and is tremendously powerful. I will eventually add CSS selectors, Regular Expressions and other logics with a built-in browser that will allow you to select and get the parameters you need to scrape.
Here the video explaining how I configured to get data from Foursquare. Remember that the results depend on your IP, so I do recommend you get a VPN to get better-targeted data.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask right in this thread.

Hi! Couple of questions:
Is the whole software an customizable html analyzer and web scraper?
Is there any preset for some domain? Specially for the APIs? If so, a video of the supported preset, APIs would be nice.
From what I get, if I want to scrape LinkedIn, I will need to connect an account I own and set some html patterns for the data I want to scrape? Any way to bypass the usual limitations of LinkedIn?
I hope I am clear.

1.- Yes a customizable HTML DOM analyzer that brings you the data to pivot for more information in Pipl API, or other tools.
2.- Yes it includes many networks and configurations, but can be adapted for more. Also if network updates and this breaks, I will be able to update configs and not having to compile another version.
3.- Yes sure, you specify and fix the selector for login page, login, password, login button to get inside portal and iterate URLs you get from Search Engines or API's to achieve more recon for possible prospects. Then you have to manually select the best prospects to you and import them to your network or Email or SMS them. No HTML on Emails since this automate what you would be doing manually, it is not a tool for Spamming DELIBERATELY. This is made for using it as a strategy.
Anyway, I added random hard-coded waiting times between each email to avoid mass sending emails per day, you dont get results using this as that. I won't make responsible for the usage but yes about the organic limitations built-in my software.
The usage you gave in the networks I am not responsible, I recommend readings all the Terms and Conditions on each network. That is why I set all the valuables as a default that are recommended to the user account.

Yes, it does, work for all countries and all networks you have in mind.
The whole system is configured by the user, but it has some pre-built configurations that work as a base, such as Linkedin, Yelp, Yellowpages, Instagram and many more.
You can get leads that bring Name, Title, URL, Email and Phone.
You can also get Companies and Profiles full data from your own configurations, it doesn't matter you need to connect to the network. Just released a bug fixed version and soon will be working with the Automator tab

I'd like to revise my initial statements on the software. Instead of being an old, stubborn prick, (not a boomer) and hating on it, I decided to get to know the kid behind this software on Skype. He's brilliant, and now that I know how to use the software, it's brilliant. This kid is really listening to everyone who purchases and implements changes based upon our feedback. Not a lot of developers do that anymore.
Just get the software, it's far superior to other products out there.

You have seen that I've been constantly updating and fixing holes in the system.
Anyway, my main focus is that it works from all the configurations you set, my final goal is including a Browser where you can do all the selections for getting data directly and create your own scrape at your own needs of different networks.
It also has lots of ways of contacting and soon inside the Automator you will be able to set your own contacting configurations on different networks.
