All this guy's videos go viral and die off completely at a certain cut off date. However, in the meanwhile they are ranking like crazy.

Nothing about the persona is special (pretty unknown author) and his YT "fame" is not reflected by his other sm channels.

How is he doing it? And maybe even more important: What service is he using?

He`s buying tons of views and his videos are short. You can still buy views with retention 2-4 minutes. If his video is 4 minutes he can get 75% retention and he buys 60k views the first day. Nothing new

Their videos rank while non of the views that panels offer work for ranking...

Ive not seen this (working ranking method) in any other niche. Short OR long videos. Have you?

Also, like I said, his views die off entirely after a few weeks. Some videos have over a million views in a matter of weeks. Nobody is gonna spend thousands $ on views in this niche to rank a video.
