Youtube Subtitle Scraper?

Hey guys I believe saw a tool someone shared here not long ago that scrapes the youtube's subtitles, can someone link me to it please coz I can't find it?

Just so you don't lose your time. If you are trying to reuse them on a site or create an article with the subtitles you crape without rewritting them forget about it as hundredsof people are doing the same thing and it's really hard to find videos with subtitles that haven't been already used.
I have used this method to get some sites approved on Adsense but it was time consuming.

Thanks for your reply. I did the exact thing to get my adsense approved but back then ( 8 months ago) there was no such scrapers so I had to watch the videos and write down sentence by sentence it was a pain but I created a couple articles.

I have another thing in mind though.

Yes and sometimes many mistakes are there like not completed sentences and everything...you need to rewrite with your own words and proofread it. also don't forget to check plagiarism

Assuming the check comes back good, does that mean your ok to use the content as you please? There should be no penalties from Google, etc when using it.

Technically you should be good. If you want to err on the side of caution, rewrite the content a bit to make it more unique.
