Is there a way to scrape news articles with Scraperbox or something similar?

So I can type in a term like "Elon tesla" and direct it to scrape news articles with that term?

From what google?

I mean you could just do

"Elon tesla" "news"

and your probably going to get only news, but if you want something else specific then let me know exactly what your trying to scrape from what engine and then I can better direct you

Can you sort those scrapes from newest to oldest? Or scrape for only articles from today or another certain date?
I am close to purchasing scrapebox, just want to refine my thoughts before I commit. Thanks

Also do I have a choice do download Mac version or windows version? So If mac doesnt work well I download windows instead and use Parellels?

Sure, there are several google time based engines built into scrapebox already and you can build in your own custom time ranges. Video

Its either mac or windows. If you get windows, its solid and it is forever a windows license.

If you get mac, and it works, great. If you get mac and there are issues then you can contact support to see about your options.

Thanks for your help @loopline - I usually stay away from forums for obvious reasons, but it's great to find people who freely share knowledge and care. Thanks again

Oh and you sold me ;)

Get the windows version and use parallels.

That is the best way to use SB on a Mac.

Scrapebox.com/BHW will even get you a discount on the tool.

I just purchased the Mac version. Didn't feel like installing several pieces of software, would also like to help with any issues to help improve the Apple version for others.

Thanks for your advice tho.

Don't upgrade to Catalina or it won't work and I like that you are willing to help @Sweetfunny and the SB team with issues.

I used scrapebox long time ago for scraping, but you have to use couple of plugins to achieve that. I wouldnt say scrapebox is supposed to do that, but it might work with a little bit of problems.
