Hello,

I am looking for keywords that are very easy to rank for. Keywordsheeter has a "penny difficulty" feature that sounds like it could do the job, but it doesn't quite work.

How do you find the "low hanging fruit"?

My problem here is to find a good keyword search engine without having to pay hundreds of bucks, like ahrefs for instance, I feel is way overpriced.

I don´t think Ahrefs is overpriced to be honest but if you´re doing keyword research perhaps SEMrush is a much better tool but either way neither of them are overpriced.

Those are the best SEO tools on the market in my opinion.

But yeah, that doesn´t mean you can do keyword research for less money using another set of tools and get the same results. The only difference is all the time you will save by using either of those tools. So, for example, if you can save a couple of hours on your keyword research process by using a tool such an Ahrefs then you need to ask yourself...How valuable it´s an hour of your time?

Cheers!

It's true the Ahrefs fits hardly with new users that are starting to learn about SEO topics. It took me 2yrs+ to feel that Ahrefs was worth the cost. There are some group buys that offer Ahrefs but they are very faulty, but as some other have suggested, for KW research I prefer to use Semrush + Keyword Tool + KW Finder + Google's keyword planner.

If you have 0 budget, with Google KP, the free tier of answer the public and keywords everywhere chrome extension, you will have plenty of tools to work. The only problem is that you will be spending like x2 or x3 compared to a user that have some paid solutions. But if you are going to do this once or twice this is more than enough.

Google Keyword plannar , semrush and uber suggest are doing good for keyword research

That list has some very good links, definitely worth a read. There should be a big curated compilation post of relevant resources like this.

This is a big list to read from and im certain you cant go wrong with getting started with your keyword research

Since keywordeverywhere has become a paid tool, you are left with tools like ubersuggest and probably kwfinder

Some of the Best Keyword research tools are Soovle, Jaaxy, Google Serach console, SEcockpit and Ahrefs Keyword Explorer etc...you can find suitable keywords to your Business through these tools.

Lot of keyword tools available in the market op, but my suggestion Ahref and Semrush

Ahrefs & semrush peaks incase of kw analysis, but they're both to be paid for. Get started with free serp analysis tools like kw finder & ubersuggest

Ahrefs and Semrush for me but if you would start off with zero to less investment towards this, I find Google Trends to be particularly useful. I'd still recommend you to consider investing to Ahrefs in the long term.

Yeah but it´s $10 for 100,000 credits, basically 1 credit per keyword so that´s a pretty good deal!. Either way, you also have the mighty Google Keyword Planner.

Paying for each kw doesn't sound good at all for me. You'd need to filter out the thrash first to not waste money.

1 credit per 1 keyword that´s like $0.0001 per keyword :D :p But i hear what you´re saying and i totally agree with you. We´re better off spending those $10 into some SEO Tool Group Buy.

Personally, I am at the moment trying a new group buys site for just Ahrefs at $6.60 per month, it´s been like a week and thus far I haven´t got that many downtimes in comparison to my previous Group Buy experience. I am very pleased with the service and the support it´s lightning-fast!

There aren´t many limitations when it comes to keyword research beyond not being able to run site audits or to run massive lists or save projects, so, besides all that, it´s amazing.
