My honest review of this service:
The seller will tell you he's starting, and then finally start 2 weeks later. I ordered just 38k links on September 13th and it's clear he didn't start until around the 25th of September. I still don't have a finished report and seller says he's still not done. 2 weeks ago he said "it will be done on the 27-28th." then on Tuesday he said it will be done "today or tomorrow", so Wednesday. It's Thursday now and still haven't received anything.
Just poor communication, poor delivery, and blatant lying.

You are the one who hesitate to tell his user name for what reason I am not sure.
Also, I am not sure, if you were expecting web 2.0 quality, links or article here.
