Summary
For the review, I tested the seller's on-page SEO services. The details of my review are below.

Service Information
  • The report was delivered about a week and a half later after the details were sent to the seller, which was within the TAT they sent me.
  • As for the report itself, it was well-organised. The first couple of pages went over what the package came with. The next pages contained an analysis on keywords, competitors, and penalties. Google Analytics and Google Webmaster were set up for the website as well. What I really liked about the report was that I could definitely tell it was handwritten and that a human went over the site and identified issues; there were definitely some uncommon issues that were mentioned in the report that could not have been scripted.
  • The seller's services requires a lot of information that we could not provide them due to stretched resources. However, they made every effort to help us figure out a solution and fill in any missing details with stuff they created themselves. They definitely made the review process much smoother because of this.
  • The seller conducted themselves professionally throughout the review process.
What Could Use Improvement
  • The competitors for the site were more like keyword competitors as not all of them were actual competitors.
Additional Information
  • As the site I sent the seller was not a local business website, NAP syndication was not included.
  • Some of the title tags were a little too keyword centric for my taste, but most of them were fine.
For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.
 
I have to say that’s a sick theme, now I want to know can you rank a local site in google map top 3, say best ice cream shop in Newyork, and you have mentioned we can use it globally how does that work?

We got the report on time as promised and the website was optimized as described.
Report was formatted nicely and detailed.
This is a useful service when launching new or updating poorly optimized websites.

Communication was good, seller was very responsive to all queries. :) The report was quite detailed, showing all the items that was analysed and completed by the seller. This includes keyword optimization, website analysis, google penalty check, competitor analysis, on-page analysis. The report also include specific details such as title tag optimization, meta tag optimization, showing what they changed/optimized.

There are also suggestions on areas that are lacking. It was good that the service also include improving my site page speed.

Since, I have used it on a local site, the seller did NAP syndication to a few sites as well, which was good. There is also google business listing setup, but in this case, mine was set up previously already. The effort to ask and check with me is good and I really appreciate it.

Overall, this is good for a new website and if you lack of time to do all these optimization, analysis and nitty gritty seo for your site. :)
