I'll start with a personal note...

This is quite sad because like you said you ordered 5 links initially, got results and then upgraded to 20. I personally picked strong sites for you, hoping for a long-term relationship.

And you got results again! But somehow search console is more important than results.

It is unacceptable to occupy 20 link spots, generate costs on our end, receive rank jump and then ask for a refund.

Anyway... allow me to reply to specific points:

I agree @dvaedc3 review. I bought 5 links previously and the service was great. I purchased 20 links after that and only saw 5 links in search console from which he confirmed not all links where his. I understand that no report is provided but surely if its not in search console and Google doesn't see it then how would I know what's delivered. Yes 2 keywords ranks improved but not all links were delivered.

Once again... all 20 links were delivered.

Actually, I was keeping them live until recently when the dispute was closed.

I asked for refund but refused saying we don't refund first month because of content writing but the links I did see where simply injected in old content. I know this for sure because the link was from same domain from previous purchase.

We never inject new links to old articles. If it is a niche edit, it is not T-RANKS.

When I opened dispute with PayPal then he agrees to refund and when dispute was closed, he kept referring me to their support and it's not upto him but their support.

I said you should have come to me before you opened dispute. It is not possible to refund while dispute is open.

Also, Paddle took control from me. I told you this as well.

This was really strange because I purchased from you and not another third party.

You ordered via Paddle. That's the 3rd party payment processor I am constantly referring to.

PayPal account is theirs.

I'm sure you got several emails from them too.

Also, I clearly let you know that Paddle is handling the dispute right from the beginning, way before dispute was closed. And they did handle it. They won the dispute!
