I receive a message from Paypal that Hyonix automatically cancels my auto payment. Can I know the reason why?

Hey Guys! Finally had time to back at BHW Been a very busy month for us!

There are a lottttttttttttt of things I want to updates you guys here:

1. We are no longer using Paypal normal subscription model, and entirely switched to Paypal Billing Agreement to simplify everything up so:

- You just need to create 1 Billing agreement and it will automatically pay for all your VPS, no more complicated "Why I have so many subscriptions"
- And this will only bill you if you have active services/invoices with us, so no more "Why I've cancelled your service and you keep billing me?" (We don't, Paypal does, because you created a "monthly subscription").
- You can cancel your agreement with us at any time via our panel! We was not able to do this with the old subscription model!

2. So, how can I re-subscribe?

- Please login to our panel (see 3 if you can't), and navigate to our Paypal page: https://my.hyonix.com/paypalbilling.php, and create a billing agreement.
- And make sure your account default payment method is "Paypal" on https://my.hyonix.com/clientarea.php?action=details

New invoices should be automatically paid from then!

OR:

- Wait until the new invoice created (you can contact our support if it's not yet created) and pay with Paypal Subscription button

3. Why I can't login to your new panel?

- You can! But you would need to reset your password first if you've been migrated from billing.hyonix.com due to the password being hashed (all passwords are hashed on our end to secure your credentials, none of them was stored in plain texts) and the new panel won't be able to 'read' your old password.

4. Why Paypal is asking for Credit cards? This NEVER happen before:

- Paypal requires customers to have credit cards on file if they want to use Billing Agreement features. If you don't wish to add a card on your Paypal (you should!) please use the "One-time" option instead

5. What's new?
- A lot of new things

+ Orders are now provisioned within 1 minute
+ Very slick looking panel
+ A lot of new functions on VPS dashboard!
+ New support agent.
+ Live chat is now "live" again!
+ Support ticket is now processed much faster as we have new staffs
+ ... (let's order 1 and find out how cool it is )

Almost a year customer @hyonix. Gonna drop a small review here:

- Great prices.
- Great customer service. Friendly and willing to do some extra to provide any help.
- Stable, great uptimes i never encountered any issue. Nor a difference in server speed/resource shortage

I haven't done any tests regarding speed, but it does a lot better job then my previous provider(with same specs and same setup running). It was noticable.
I would recommend anyone to rent their VPS here.
