Review time...

So, I've been using this service for nearly two weeks (thanks for extending my trial @Heisenberg ) I have to say its a solid service!

Pros:

• Lots of themes and plugins to choose from and this is increasing daily.
• Auto Update plugin is brilliant and really easy to setup.
• Very quick replies and updates via the ticket system on the website.
• Heisenberg goes the extra mile to get things sorted. Updated/fixed a plugin for me within 10mins.
• Very reasonable pricing.

Cons:

• Currently has a smaller vault than Festingerbhw but this is a newer service so give it time.
• Website layout could be cleaner, some themes have multiple uploads so you need to filter which are the newest (easy fix I guess?)
• Some of the product info like released/last updated are messed up, for example, Elementor pro last updated: 01/01/1970

Conclusion

This service is well worth the money, I've already saved hundreds on plugins and themes using it. If you have multiple websites this will save you even more. The vault will only get bigger over time and @Heisenberg provides great customer service. Good job and thanks for letting me review it.

Thanks for such a big review! if you don't mind I'll address some of the cons which you mentioned.

1. Few days ago I pushed a huge updated which brought us to a bit over 2400 plugins and themes.
2. I've been constantly improving website as soon as someone lets me know they had trouble with this or that, it is hard for me to look through eyes of the customers.
Some themes or plugins might have their beta version released since certain people might prefer those, other than that I didn't notice duplicate releases.
3. I was switching date formats few days ago and didn't realize it got broken on few places, will be fixed today.



Like I said before, if you got any suggestions/ideas doesn't matter how small or insignificant you think they are go ahead and let me know.
It is in my best interest to make the website experience as smooth as possible
