So whats up @zeelive . I was asking for a refund of my money in the deposit and the support team replied soon they were ready to refund. But now they want a BTC address which I dont have. I made them the payment via Paypal as a family or friend, Now they wont refund me via paypal even though they are accepting small payments via paypal right now. I have to wait until other options are available. Wait till when ? the day till U shut down ur Business?

If you are going to make payments Via BTC u have to pay a lot in terms of conversion. So its their smartass idea to make profit this way. Especially if u are NEWBIE and u wanna make payments via BTC it will hurt U badly if u want to cash out BTC in case of a refund

Unfortunately we are sometime facing the same issue. Be sure that if you go to a transaction page and change your mind to click the "cancel the transaction" button instead of using the back button. This way you won't face that kind of issue

This is what your refund policy on your website says. So now you want to send my money over another payment processor. If you feel like not refunding my money tell me u wont refund, instead dont try to fool me with your gimmicky stuffs like you have problems with your paypal, website says you are accepting small payments via Paypal. I dont have any other options than paypal.

I was going to leave a very positive review about my first 3 orders today. However, my 4th order of higher retention YT views just says completed within minutes of me ordering?? The number didn't even budge..

Your views has been delivered. The system marks the order as completed when hes done sending the views. Youtube takes up to 6 hours to update the view count, that'S why you tough you were facing an issue
