I am using Smartproxy for a few months now. You can use proxies all over the world. Works perfect to me in combination with MLA. Cloakers does not recognize those residential proxies as proxies.

I agree. I switched to Smartproxy after using another expensive service for long time and I'm very satisfied.

You can choose a rotating or sticky session. Rotating - changes your IP by each request, sticky - IP stays the same up to 10 minutes. check your PM regarding our BHW offer.
