Goodness, look at this scam! "Fastest Working - Instant"
"Super Instant" o_O :D

What are you going to do? Ask for refund or wait? Tell this operator to change the name of his services, this is false advertising. If it says Instant and it's been almost 24 hours then that is BS.

I think any service you buy nowadays you can't go by the description, because we know they are all delayed. And the panels know it too, so for them to continuously list delayed services without testing and changing the names is a complete scam.

Its easy guys, get a panel SE their owners to pay with paypal, buy services refund GG ez

It's ruining your reputation(if you got any) and it's fucking becoming unprofitable. Without us, these panels wouldn't made enough for VPS subscription and they should at least be honest with us. Almost all services are "1H" or "Instant" yet they stuck for days and they never start. If it needs 2 days to start, tell me that so i can know what to say to customers. But of course they protect their asses and at the end no one is responsible for the crap services.
Not only the services are crap but their support is crap too, automated answers all the time and they can't do a shit without admin so if they don't have a thread on BHW or similar forum you are fucked.

Few years ago, it was a nice business! Now, not so much. If you are willing to deal with angry customers and disputes all day long, go for it.

There are many panels whose prices are not matching at all and huge difference between the sales thread and inside their website.
For example, most of the panels in the thread writes IG likes starts from $0.05 per 1000, when you go to their site there is not a single one of them with that price. Infact msot of them are above $2 - $3 per 1000. Same goes to other services like FB likes, Yt views and likes etc.

So should we report them all? and should there be taken action against that?

yeah, this is exactly how I feel about it.. should we report all? I'd rather keep quiet about this.. really don't wanna get myself banned or warned again.
I've shared my part as a victim.. hope it helps at least.

Because in May IG made several updates that have prevented/delayed IG services from being delivered. If services were still delivering within 24 hours, there wouldn't be this issue.

This is the process:

Providers (Source) --> Reseller --> Retailer --> Client/customer

When people order likes/followers/etc and they come within 24 hours, there usually aren't problems. But when they are still processing after 3 days and can't be cancelled, then the retailers begin getting angry clients who want to cancel their processing order, but can't.

So either the retailer or the client will purchase other services from another panel and sometimes those might deliver before the first order does, and then this screws up the system for the first order because it looks at the likes/followers count and marks the first order as completed.

But the providers of the services and the original resellers of those services don't give a F*** - they just continue to keep selling and scamming people out of their money without removing the services for maintenance. This puts the retailer in a very bad position because they have to pay for the services out of their own pocket first that they are selling and many times do not get refunds, which can quickly add up to tens of thousands of dollars if their clients want refunds or do chargebacks.

When a service doesn't deliver within 24 hours, the reseller should remove it and all payments should be refunded and pending orders cancelled but it's impossible to enforce this in a black hat market when the only person who could enforce it are the provider or the reseller.

As OP said this is causing an uproar and the industry will soon change if the provider and reseller don't get their sh** together and stop this scam.

That's why "Fucking SMM Panels" is an utterly perfect title for this thread. ;)

just to addon, I've been observing the way partial is done.. sometimes you just get a little of your money back.. as long as it covers their cost price.. I really feel so cheated man.. but it's the same everywhere.. damn sad

I can feel you man, this thing really sucks bad. I really need some instgram providers

Ha! What is the difference between INSTANT and SUPER INSTANT? Is SUPER INSTANT supposed to be more instant than INSTANT? Do you get the followers before purchasing, or... o_O

These scammers knows it very well. If they change the names, they won't get easy money.
If you complain about that they will copy paste a message "Sorry for the delay, I've sent this order to my coder" lol

I think it goes a little something like this:

"SUPER INSTANT" = 12-24 hour delivery
"INSTANT" = 3 day delivery :D
"ALWAYS WORKING" = 1-3 days :(
"SUPERFAST" = 1-6 days but only partial
-

"I want refund for services not delivered. Cancel please."

"Sorry for delay we have restarted your order"

5 days later...

" I told you to cancel the order. Not restart it."

"Sorry for second delay. We have restarted your order."

"What don't you understand?? Stop sending services to this post from a week ago and cancel the order and give me refund for services not delivered."

"We can't give refund, Services were delivered today."

"You sent me 2000 likes from Indian profiles, not USA! This isn't what I ordered."

"All sales are final. Have nice day"

Still no received any likes.

I think we sould boycot shitty panels like peakerr, jap, ... to force them to write only real services's description and sell only tested & working services.

You are 100% correct, but disputing a charge for services not received and/or inaccurate descriptions will be more effective than boycotting. :smirk: Especially if they do not offer refund.

I think as OP mentioned the market is going to correct itself soon. Because the large panels who are reselling directly from the source do not want to handle 2000 disputes per day from every random single user. They want the retailers to do that, while the large panels focus on volume. But the retailers can only do that if the large panels stop selling shit services with inaccurate descriptions.

So now that the retailers have gotten screwed over by large panels charging them + not delivering + shitty services, I suspect many retailers have stopped selling the unreliable services simply because they don't want to handle 2000 disputes per day either.

This could lead those users to seek out other panels offering those unreliable/cheap services - such as the large panels. Now if those large panels are suddenly flooded with thousands of new single users spending $1-5 per day and disputing every service that is not received, they will have no choice but to correct it themselves. :D Because eventually it all makes its way back to the large panel & source one way or another. :poop:

Regardless of which country the large panel or the retailer is in, if you are doing high volume transactions you can only have a limited number of accounts & payment methods in your name in a given time period before you get cut off by Paypal, etc. No government or bank is going to allow you to move that much money on a daily basis if you have continuous disputes.

Opening paypal dispute will not resolve the issue cause they will just turn off paypal on their panels and accept only gateways like cryptocurrencies, credit card, ...

Yea true. But the less payment options they offer, especially non disputable ones, will hurt their overall business won't it?

What I mean is boycotting seems like it would only be somewhat effective, because the large panels are the main reseller. If people don't buy from them they will still buy from retailers and the large panel reseller still gets the business with no disputes.

Every dispute causes loss of time & money, and hopefully forces them to clean up their scams and shitty services. :D

This is a really nice one,
Thanks for share your information OP
