[WHY] People Aren't Buying

I am getting 15-20% CTR on my facebook ads, people are sharing and liking my content but they aren't buying, why is it so?

EDIT: So, basically, my landing page is a survey-questionnaire based landing page, i ask 5-6 questions to people and give them a health report. and at the end...i ask them to buy a health product to fix their condition...so, that's my sales cycle.

We are not peopel, we are robots. We cant know why a single person wont buy from your store.

Basically, i am not collecting any email leads, usually, 60-70% people who enter the landing page complete the questionnaire...and the product is worth $40...i am paying $0.1/click.

If you've managed to configure precise tracking parameters throughout your sales funnel, you should be able to determine WHERE the "weakness" is.
For example, if MANY people get to the survey, but almost nobody gets to the free report - then probably there are too many questions in the survey, and people get bored?
If many people get to the product, but they aren't buying - perhaps the product is too expensive? Or not appealing to them?

This can also be due to targetting the wrong audience in Facebook.
For example, you have a WEIGHT LOSS product to offer... Go to a McDonald's and try to sell your weight loss product? Chances are, it won't work... People who eat at McDonald's don't really care about their weight, anyway.
Try instead to sell your weight loss product to the people who have LIKED the Weight Watchers page on Facebook, and see how it sells...
Sometimes you need to do some research to make sure you're targetting the right people.

Collect the emails. Maybe you can send the report to their email and make a funnel for each condition. Start warming them up with information(group them depending on their result from the questionaire) and then start promoting in your emails.

You can subscribe them via messenger or on the site or both
If they didn't buy right away, send them a message in a couple of days offering to buy at a small discount, in couple days you can send them something else 'free' it could be simple info, 2 days later offer again.

That's not a sales cycle

It's just trying to sell to people on fb.

Don't try to sell to people on fb!

Build a funnel. Survey-questionnaire is fine, but then offer them something of value and get them subscribed to your email list.

Learn about funnels. Build 4-5 funnels, refine and test them, then pick the winner. Continuously improve that funnel.

It's hard to just get people to buy a product from an ad. Especially if it's expensive, which, if it's a health product it will be.

It also sounds like you aren't doing any pre-selling at all. You're just trying to get them to buy because they have a condition.

For something like this I would create an info product that helps with their condition. Give away value for free, and then push the info product. Aim to break even or make a slight profit on your ad spend. That way you're building a list for free that you can scale. Then you can build some more authority by adding value, or with any other numerous methods that you can learn about if you study copywriting, ads, funnels etc. After a couple of weeks, then try to push the final product to them.

Also, make sure you're tracking with analytics. You need to get your numbers right.

Well spotted! I didn't clock this. Questionnaire, of course. He's not targeting people who have the condition, he's telling people they probably have this condition based on 6 questions, then offering them a product to fix this condition they didn't know they had until now. NOT going to work!

Take my advice above, but go back to the drawing board with your whole ad idea. What you're doing works if you run an authority site on "condition Y" and your goal is to get more people onto your site/list, then further down the line. 2-6 months, sell them products.
