This is similar to how links work and you’re better off going for ones that’ll actually add value . I always think that if a link can be built by anyone in 10 minutes then it’s going to have minimal impact on your rankings.

It’s time consuming and can leave you frustrated but it’s worth persevering with!

Let's say you sare searching "offline" for a good plumber and you start asking people and they say x Is a good person
that recommendation is like a backlink to that person, it builds trustability
that's how google work

Very vague question. How many/what type of links have you built? You can take it easier with the linkbuilding when you hit #1 for your keywords. Make sure youre on-page and articles/content is on point too.

Without link building you can't get traffic on your website and when you will not get traffic on website then you can't increase rank of your website.Through linkbuilding we get backlinks and everyone know backlink is most importnat for increasing rank of the website in Search Engine.
