I decided to take this great share for a test run.
This is what I came up with in just a couple of minutes.

The font selection presentation is really cool and intuitive. I especially recommend it even as a method to select the font you want for your own Illustrator design if you can't choose online.
The icons are of course incredibly lacking, but I'm certain NameCheap will build upon this foundation and add hundreds in the future. I recommend using your own vector icons from online directories, if not drawing your own.
The final products are certainly enough to get your business idea started without shelling out money on a designer at first. Later on you will want to upgrade to a professional service though.
For what it's worth I'd give this service a very strong 7.5/10 for functionality and ease of use. Great!
