You might have been lucky cause many people reported their accounts to be banned and, personally i had 3 accounts banned aswell from mass viewing stories. I'm still running the service on some of mine accounts to see if it was bad luck or whatever but since yesterday seems like instagram has made a new update because followers are not coming in as last week

When it comes to follow/unfollow I have had a great ratio when following commentors on niche ambassador's posts. Though I did see my first "action blocked" after trying this. Not sure if it coincidences with the insta changes. Will be testing it out again soon.

I attempt to post viral style content twice per day to keep my audience engaged.

Theres no way the F//UF alone is doing 1800 followers from 250 daily follows. Has to be a mix of viral content or pushing tags/explore to gain followers from that.

It's now a very cliche thing in the industry, but from my experience Content will always be King. You need great content to go viral, to have your posts saved, to have your posts shared, for people to like and comment on your posts.

To go along with it being a quality picture, I think the caption has to provide value as well, and have a CTA or two.

Don't forget to optimize your IG profile and bio to give yourself the best chance to convert your traffic into followers

It depends what you are trying to get out of Instagram. If you are purely just trying to drive traffic to some other source then yes automation is the way. But if you look at the quality of accounts that are automated compared to the ones that people grew organically, including the quality of their followers, you will realize why those people who grew it organically are running actual businesses.
