I am doing traffic arbitrage, focusing only on USA geo, I get good results in fb ads CPC $0.02-0.05 but I still struggle with the ROI because my adsense CTR is very low! I tried many ads placements but did not get any better results.
Did you try buying traffic? If yes, What was your average ROI?

Hi, I can understand your issue. Your AdSense CTR is very low because of your traffic mostly from Desktop. Am i right? Yes? then do some change in your Fb ads and make to mobile from desktop. You see the results.

Will you get in trouble with Google if you show too many ads on your website? like is there some amount that you should respect?

Oh Yes, Google wants to show Content to its users and then Ads. Suppose I Publish and the article contains 500 words only and in that article, I added 5-6 ads. that's against Google policy.

You should show ads according to your content. Usually, i write 1000 to 1500 words content and show 3 ads in the post and 2 in the sidebar. Too many ads also affect your CPC and CTR.

First of all, I watch the DA of the blog/website then watch out for the other comments and see that if the webmaster is approving comments or not if approving then see if he/she is also approving the web URL or not.

It happens sometimes. Generally, I change the URL of the post and it works for me. But if your content is against google policies then you account is in danger. Suggest you make a change in the content.

Because Google takes most of your profit.
AdSense is taking up to 60% (or more) of whatever you make, so you never know what you actually earn, you know what you get paid.

If you have good traffic flow - use more ad networks along with AdSense.
