Can you please tell me how to choose right keywords/niche for Adsense?

Bro me and my partner have one website..
We us my partner adsense account on it , can I get approval from my AdSense account for it ??
I mean can I use 2 AdSense account on 1 site ??

There is no short cut to get AdSense approved. But i'll advise you to post quality content with more than 1500+ words and at least 20+ article.

And what you mean by run multiple Adsense?
 
I would like to receive payment to my wife's bank account from my adsense account.. Can I add my wife as new payee and receive payment? Will it go thro another pin process though we stay in the same address?

Brother, Yes you can get payment in anyone's account after PIN verification. PIN verification is for on-time, Even I'm getting AdSense Payment in my wife's account. You can add your wife to account and get paid. Make sure to enter correct details.

Brother, It's up to you and your knowledge. The topic on which you have a high comment, you can choose that.

You can use multiple Adsense accounts. Make sure you add a different payee name and account number in the AdSense. Do not open multiple AdSense accounts at the same time in the same browser. Google allows only 1 account to 1 person. If you add same bank details in all your AdSense then you'll get banned.
 
what's the minimum age for a domain before applying for adsense?
 
Is there any website age requirement for blogspot blog to apply for adsense?
