why this happened!

hello guys. I knew that bots had problems recently and I read a lot about limitations and action blocks. I needed some accounts for my job and I needed it to grew fast, so I said I will try some bot and even if I get an action block I will wait a couple of days and start again.
so I connected my new account to a 3-day free trial bot, the account was new and I just logged in to it from browser. the first 2 days it was working ok I gained like 60 followers and I checked manually I wasn't action blocked for ant activity.
I have set my limits the first day 500 a day and the second day 250 a day, after 2 days it followed around 210 followers. (I think it means that the bot had followed but it returns after some hours). and the third day I was not able to log in to my account and it says that my account got disabled!! it said that I can download my content and I'm not able to log in again and no one can see my account neither.
I submitted a ticket to both Instagram and the bot provider. and no answer yet.
so the matter is I want my account back what can I do now?

I am doing this all to get that fresh account back because it was for my job as I said and I need that username.
