That's not monetizeable.
User that been once to your site won't be back as there is no reason for that.
Most ad networks won't accept site - for the same exact reason.
Even CPA will probably not work.
Try getting more content for the site first, so users have something to read, spend time in the site.

I think that would be a good idea.
Yesterday I had my first 200 visitors, the website is growing.
