Local campaigns with the reach objective. Creative = some super aesthetic coffee pictures and videos obviously. For local campaigns your audience is likely small enough just by location you don't need to do any layering of interests or retargeting.

Don't know any but mobile installs are not difficult campaigns at all. The main difficulty is setting up the conversion tracking in your app.
