Hey Man, thanks for creating this thread.
Currently I am managing around $20,000 per month on various ad accounts. Objective is to generate leads in form of Name, Email and Phone number.
It's been 6 months I have 6 ad accounts related to their product. Let me tell you I am generating leads for real estate projects (Residential & Commercial).
First few months was great generating leads with low Cost per lead but nowadays Not able to get enough reach.
Even If I do Open targeting only city still I get very low reach resulting no leads. So I have to keep on creating different campaign every week.
What you think about this and how do I get stable leads without creating new campaign every week.

1. What kind of ads do you recommend for fiction authors? Should I drive them to a landing page and offer % percent of book for free for their email or directly to Amazon's page?
2. What daily budget you'd recommend for starting out?
3. Can I choose the impressions option over the leads one? I think it's cheaper this way and since I'm offering something free people will click anyway?

1) yes, that's a valid way
2) if your account is banned then you couldn't do this
3) you could focus on getting the existing ones back - I assume you know you can appeal (even after they say their decision is final). There are some good books/guides written on this but don't want to mention anything specific as last time spam police jumped on me

Would need a lot more info. Targeting interests or LALs? What's your quality scores? Your ad accounts could be penalized.

Thanks for your help, I didn't expect a reply! So I market a basic consumer good, think tissue or something along those lines. The problem I find with facebook is the call to action, how do I get someone to say be interested at that exact moment to get a basic consumer good? Its nothing fancy other than its cheaper than the competition. Every ad I ran never really worked out, as I targeted people with the interest of the good, but never got enough purchases to make it worthwhile.

Even basic consumer goods solve a problem. Tissues = "get rid of the that horrible, stuffed-up feeling that ruins your day!"

Did you create any new ad accounts recently, if yes what's your process on doing so to not get locked right away with confirming with passport.
I feel like even with aged accounts here and perfectly valid payment method that still happens as soon as the first ad was made

No I've only ever had 1 ad account locked, made 3 more under my business manager and all have been working fine
If you have the money to invest go for it. It's more profitable in the long term tho for you to learn how to do it yourself

Hi, I need any guide/infor/article about blackhat ads. I live in Brazil and I'm running lottery Ads which isn't allowed. I'm having trouble with blocks and getting flagged by facebook. what I do to have more BM is : I have a BM which stocks others BM and I don't run ads on this acc. when I need I transfer those BMs to my BM which I use for advertising.

Best method for both of you is to run proper pre-landers to make sure that FB bots have a hard time seeing your real content. LeadQuizzes or Outgrow are 2 good services to check out.
Your new account is likely flagged if you didn't use a clean IP/business manager
