I think scrapebox is a fantastic piece of software but what would be more awesome if the scrapebox team could create another premium plugin for email marketing.
Currently, I hate the SAAS email marketing software that’s out there and the ridiculous prices they charge to send emails. Yes I know there are tools to use in conjunction with the SAAS products to lower the price by integrating with Amazon ses, but some marketers have abused their amazon ses accounts and caused them to be banned. Either way, you still need to pay into a SAAS product so you can integrate with amazon ses.
Either way im not here to talk about other SAAS products, im more interested in scrapebox developing a premium plugin for email marketers if they are willing to create it based on positive community feedback.
The following features I would love scrapebox to develop into the new plugin would be:
· Allow user to add multiple smtp accounts to send out their emails. (whether it be gmail, yahoo, own dedicated smtp server)
· Allow user to create an email chain sequence to send to email prospect
o Emailed prospects may not respond on the first message, so email sequencing can help break the ice with the email prospect and possibly gain trust.
· Allow user to customize email sequence send dates
· Allow user to stop future email sequence to prospect based on email when the emailed prospect replies based on default values or custom text parameters
· Allow user to send emails across multiple smtp servers.
o For example, I want to email 10k people and I have 3 smtp servers. If scrapebox can allow the user granular control to send 20% from the first server, 50% from the 2nd server, and 30% from the 3rd server. This is to ensure high inbox rate, proper ip warmup, etc.
· Auto remove bounced/unsubscribed emails and put into a blacklist to ensure they never get an email again in the future scrapes
The single most important feature is the email sequencing part. Many SAAS products charge an arm and a leg for this feature and in most cases limit you to a 500-2k email sending limit a day!!! When you think about that, the SAAS product is the bottleneck, not scrapebox. It really affects the bulk emailers who want to send big lists via email sequencing. So after comparing different SAAS products and the limits they offer based on email sequencing, it has led me to ask scrapebox developers to please consider making a emailer premium plugin as it is its weight in gold.
