Do the followers work after the recent update?
Hey,
Services 215 and 933 are not working and my orders are pending for +48 hours now.
And your support team is not trying to solve this and they are giving me some generic responses like "Please wait for some time.." instead.
Look at tickets : 106630, 106956, 107163, 107185.

All my auto-like orders have been processing for 48 + hours. Can you just remove the services that don't work so I don't order them with the assumption that they will be delivered.

Yes, we try to write it down in the description for the service we know so people are aware of thisYea, I hate this also. If the refill button works it's instant but if the rep has to do it it takes "48 hours"
We have an unexpected high amount of tickets right now, our agents are working on replying each of them everyday starting from the oldest, spamming in a ticket will result in it becomming to the end of the list again. Paypal manual payments are accepted right now. Automatic payments are disabled for everyone.

I bought your panel more than a week ago, you created another account telling me that panel orders were enabled there, I did not ask for it, it's a new account, it does not have paypal like the previous one and it still does not enable it, THE SUPPORT DO NOT ANSWER IT, it has been open for more than 3 days and it does not respond, you know what? Second, PAYPAL IS DISABLED FOR EVERY CLIENTS. Read the add funds page.
