This has nothing to do with where people come from, but it does in my opinion devalue the Jr Vip membership when you see people, who are considered in a position of trust doing stuff like this.

From a forum perspective, there is no ShitList option available, as this transaction didn't originate on the forum.
From a moral perspective, anyone on here who screws over another member really does limit their options on this forum.
Who would buy from or do business with anyone who is happy to scam and steal, do chargebacks etc?
If they have a BST on here, would you risk doing business with them? Or would you even want to do business with such a person?
Above is a generalisation, I am not pointing the finger at anyone. I see a few have tagged in P J, so until we hear from him, this is all speculation at the moment.

Can @hoangvinhcbvn confirm whether the site was issued a penalty via Search Console before the sale was completed? Because it's possible that the site didn't get an official penalty, it just suffered a drop in rankings after the June 3rd core update.
It's still unclear to me whether @Passive Journal intended to defraud the seller, or whether he bought a site, realized it was a bad investment and is now trying to recoup the cost through selling the Instagram account and guest posts. It's also possible that the site stats were not accurately represented during the sale.
Let's not jump to conclusions until @Passive Journal has had a chance to reply.
