Getting only a few visits from hashtags

I have a page with 14k followers and engagement around 8%, yet I only get very few views from hashtags and there is no way to grow without breaking the rules. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I don't think I'm shadow banned since my latest post showed up in hashtags.

Maybe you are using very high post count hashtags. Or you are over using hashtags on every post and Instagram sees this as hashtag over-usage

Try to use different hashtags on every post. If you are using the same hashtags again and again, instagram will shadow ban your account.

Was going to start a new thread but then saw a similar problem here. So if I am using a set of hashtags in every post it is a bad thing? Even if I am mixing it up with other hash tags that I use less often?

I was growing an account completely white hat. Got to 1800 followers and then boom, likes and new followers has gone to almost nothing in the past week. Is this sounding like a shadow ban then?
