YouTube is hard, Let's make it easier

Do u recommend any subreddit to share videos? most of them ban when you post a link
Only right place to ever share your video is a subreddit closely related to your content. If they don't allow links then too bad I guess.

Get yourself some fan accounts with next level clickbaiting . I see many fan accounts that upload videos of main channels and many times they perform better than main channel due to their clickbaiting. This will not only improve your exposure and reachness on YouTube but will also cover other tags that main account cannot do.

I would suggest keeping main channel/account in accordance to YouTube guidelines otherwise YouTube is worse than thanos now, you work will disappear within seconds.
This seems like such a great idea until you realise it's basically spamming and that is against YouTube rules. I would never advice anyone to do this.

Don't do this with main account . Use spare accounts to do this ( create or buy) i don't see why your main account will be banned.

Very much vital.
Had a nice read OP. Perhaps, create a guide on how you were using Reddi to leverage traffic to YT. GL
To be honest there's not much need for a guide. I could just tell you. The best subreddits to create content to post in are how to's and video editing subreddits. But the reality is you can't make that kind of content all the time because you cannot make affiliate income from it and we all know adsense is rubbish.

Gotta find a balance really. Somewhere between content you love to make, content that YouTube likes(click bait) and content that will move on reddit.

I hope this helps.

I'm not arguing the fine points of what you suggested. I am simply telling you it's a bad idea and in most cases may end up being a waste of valuable time and cause more harm than good. I know this is "blackhat" world... but truthfully somethings are just pointless.

"Tag Jacking: wont work unless your channel has the same level of authority as the original poster.
They targeting terms you CAN rank for based on your channel size then as you get traction target those tags.
People think changing tags or titles is bad.
I change mine all the time.
Best #2017....#2018... #2019

The 201,000 views on this video I tag jacked disagree with you aggressively. Sir.

Love this response.
I just wonder how many more you could have got.
Well done.
Haha. What a sport! I suppose I am really just learning and testing. Just under 10K subs is not where I deserve to be with the quality of my content... But I know if I keep trying new things and trying to figure things out/adapt as I go... I will find a perfectly working formula.

DM me your channel I might be able to help.

You do sound like a promising Youtuber. I'm kinda on the same journey, mate. You shouldn't have avoided the click-baity style. By now it's confirmed that's how Youtube works. Even Pewdiepie himself changes the thumbnails and titles of uploaded videos to get more views. "Relevant" Youtubers put the Vevo logo in their thumbnail. That's basically how things are going from now on.

Good luck on your journey, and share some stats!

Haha thanks for the kind and supportive first statement. I suppose I avoided clickbait for so long because I never really was one to break rules or do blackhat. Always felt like if you towed the line you get what you deserve. But the world has changed and we do have to adjust accordingly if we want success or to at least keep up. Learning all the new tricks and trying all the things that aren't too dark for my blood.

Took me 1.2 million hard earned views on 150 videos to get here but now I am ready. LOL
