Do we need to index web 2.0?

As long as it generates readable HTML, whether it's web 1.0.1.1 or 2.0 does not matter. To speed up indexing, go to Google webmaster tools (now Google Search Console), go into the property - you will need to set it up if you have not already done so - go to 'Crawl' then 'Fetch as Google'. It is compulsory to index your all links.

its mandatory to Adding Web 2.0 to the google search console for indexing?

because adding each web 2.0 in the Google search console is very long process and take a lot of time. Please help i am confused
