sorry for the late reply, as of now i'm afraid that the old NRV traffic system will stay offline, due to many changes YouTube applied on the APRIL update... 
but since additional talented developers joined our team and they are going to do their best to rebuild a new NRV system with most of the features we used to have in the past
i promise to update here about it (so no need to contact me directly to ask for it, thanks)
so in the meantime we added RAV - real active users views, that mean as exactly that, views that coming from direct advertising campaigns, so users actually get to watch the video,
not it the background, the retention is random and based on the interest of viewers in the video, they may like or dislike it or even comment, we don't control it
for what we tested, the RAV traffic is good for music clips, CPA offers, BH lockers and any video that you actually want viewers to watch it (not just inflating the view count)
note it's still on beta, we plan to improve the speeds (currently it's 2000-3000 per day) and other features as well, you can get it on most of the panels that offer our products
it cost more than the past views due to the cost of this special traffic, but we are working on additional methods of delivery to reduce the traffic costs

not good at all, around 1 min retention. Sensible since people dont like viewing ads

well we plan to be able to provide HR views again, i'm not sure we will be able to restore the 3 hours retention views the old NRV views had, but we will do the best we can

there is still a lot of work to do even if they are good ... On some old videos they stop after half an hour on others it goes very well, I don't know what may depend on

Just tested RAVs, views haven't dropped yet, the retention for 6 minutes video was around 58 secs, if this is truly by real people, then these views are worth buying (got some subs)
Anyways, I will wait for NRVs, if 3 hours is not possible, 10 minutes would fit pretty much every BHWer in this forum, good luck!

~10 Subs, hard to tell about likes since I bought some of them seperately
i think mostly ppl here needed for high retention views like 3hours . if it is not posible anymore you can try 2hour or 1 hours retention views at least. Good luck Friend

These new RAV (real active users) views are good because they are real but, since the video is shown to people not interested in the subject or even to people that don't speak english, the retention that is possible to achieve is generally low.
