I wouldn't want to read generic health tips personally, but the Health and Fitness niche is probably so big for a reason. I can definitely see this working.
The quality of the writing is very hit or miss: some posts are good, flow naturally and are rather consistent. Others are poorly structured with grammatical errors and formatting inconsistencies. I can certainly see how this could be the case when some content is partially or fully computer generated. Your existing content could benefit from a thorough read-through and polish.
Some examples of inconsistencies include:
Title Formatting
Title formatting is all over the place. The recommended way to format titles is like this:
“The Effects of Stress on Your Body” (instead of: “The Effects Of Stress On Your Body” like it is now)
“What Are the Best Ways to Relieve Stress?” (instead of: “what are best ways to relieve stress?”)
etc.
This is called title case. There’s a free tool you can use to consistently format your titles in title case; it’s called Capitalize My Title.
For me, Word underlines poorly formatted words in titles, but maybe you’re not using Word or have other settings.
Then there's issues in sentence structuring and grammar:
Grammar and Making Sense
You could improve your grammar and sentence logic. Here are some examples from the Best Ways to Stay Healthy article:
“Drink Lot of Water” should be “Drink a Lot of Water” or “Drink Lots of Water”
“veggie” should be “veggies”
When listing things, don’t use a comma for the last item if there’s an “and” there. Examples:
“broccoli, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, grapes, and leafy greens” should be “broccoli, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, grapes and leafy greens”
I also removed a space too much (double space) between “tomatoes,” and “grapes”. My Word highlights these things, but I don’t know about your program. Even if you have auto generated articles, you should paste the text in an editor with grammar checks and polish it at least once.
“A chuckle that is good lower levels of concerns bodily hormones”
This doesn’t make sense as “concerns bodily hormones” is nonsense which doesn’t refer to a real thing. This might be auto generated, or maybe you didn't write it as you read it in your head. It's overstated, but you should really read through what you write to make sure it makes sense.
Subjective Points and Positive Feedback
I like more images in my articles. I enjoy looking at them when reading, and I bet it helps with keeping readers with a short attention span.
The negative is that an article with more images takes far more effort to complete. I think you should make a conscious effort to work on quality over quantity for a while, though.
Paragraphs are generally good length across the board. I especially like the way you deliver paragraphs of information and how they flow into each other. You have good things to say with a natural story arc to them. You'll just want to polish details of the delivery.
I don't like sidbars. I try to clean up as much as possible. My own blog has the subscription button in the top menu and no popular posts.
I think your sidebar is good though, and might drive more traffic than my design. Search, popular posts and subscription (which stands out!) are pretty much the best elements to show.
“enter your email id” in the subscription form is hard to read and should probably have a brighter colour.
Closing Thoughts
Make it a conscious effort to work on quality over quantity for a while. Go back and polish your posts;
clean up inconsistencies, read through and ensure sentences make grammatical and logical sense.
The blog has a certain story arc and niche feel to it, but doesn't hold together all the way through. There's a lot of potential if you work on this.
