I have been using BHW for years, but I used to surf without signing in.
Now I need small help from you guys
In 2018 I started this blog https://www.burningbite.com/
But for some reasons I stopped posting articles.
Now I want to continue to grow this blog,
Please reviewhttps://www.burningbite.com/ blog and help me to make changes in my blog.

I think the theme is so white, and Blogger is not good platform for blogging. Wordpress is better.
 
I'd say the black background isn't really helping. You need a different theme and hopefully move to WP, if you've time
 
I have a question. When you stopped posting articles, did you receive a spike in traffic after 6 months to a year?
 
At first, I will convert into WordPress from blogger. As others said, WordPress is the best platform for blogging now.

I know wordpress is best But first I want to learn all the basics of blogging and I guess blogger is best to experiment all the tactics.

Yes
And right now I am getting more than 100 views a day without doing anything.
I think the traffic is bogus.

I don’t think it’s bogus. I read online that it takes time for Google to trust you. You’re onto a good path. Good luck.
 
I'm not sure who you are targeting with your blog but the writing is horrible and will turn off anyone english speaking.

Example: "Running merely 5 minutes just about every day can actually get rid of your risk that is all-cause of and enable you to breathe in three more numerous years of existence." or "run whenever you want of will help you sleep better, but exercising later in the day, especially before bed, can leave some people too restless to fall asleep easily day. In the event that you work out each day, nonetheless, that power boost are gone by the point you’re prepared to smack the sheets."

That is practically gibberish so I would suggest you either target an audience you can communicate with or else hire a bunch of people to make things better. It's a super-saturated niche and crappy writing will turn off anyone unfortunate enough to land on your blog.

I have used article spinner for some articles.
From now on I don't think I am going to used article spinner anymore.

Hi @saii, I have checked your website and I'd have a few recommendations for you:
  • You have a pixelated image above the fold of your website. I'd suggest you to replace this with a more CAT area. This can be a banner with text, slider or the most popular articles of your website.
  • No logo?
  • Your most recent posts are displayed when opening the hamburger menu. Not the best and logical position if you ask me. The width of the recent posts module is also wider than the hamburger menu area: http://prntscr.com/nz93q7
  • Have you submitted your sitemap to Google Search Console? Because when I check your indexed pages, nothing shows up.
  • This sentence in your disclaimer is like WTF?
    "Burningbite does not warrant that the site is free of infections or other destructive segments."
