Sorry, it's not possible. I tried this in the past and always people not paid second time.
Tested few times and always people promised, nobody paid more ;)

I can accept such things if someone pay most of price and promise me to pay the rest in reasonable time.
So If someone have $300-$400 and pay me immediately with promise to pay rest in 1 month, no problem. I am flexible.

I dont want to see money increasing in my adsense everyday and getting quashed at end of month.

I want to reveal something. Between 2011-2019 (8 years) I made from scratch maybe 10 apps but...reskined 400+. I am NOT some developer guru, as many of you can think.
How the hell I earned so much from Android apps and how my students made a lot money?
I am reskinner guy! We are getting ready to use apps from Codecanyon, Sellmyapp, Chupamobile, Github and we are changing the layout, code pattern, strings, adding ads and blackhat method, then pushing to store! My knowledge is not app development. My knowledge is playing with Google rules!
I mastered coding blackhat methods but with my course you don't need to code them, just understand and copy to your apps. In my whole Android dev carrier, I not learned how to make beautiful app but I learned how to cheat Google Play. This you can find in my course mostly.

Do you need to be developer?
I think no, if I am not developer, then you don't need to be too. Any programming knowledge helping you but it's not necessary.
You can find in Google for example: "how to make android button stackoverflow" and just copy to your project. Mostly, making Android apps is just connecting dots, things from the internet. Reskining is even better, because you need to only change!

Do you need programming knowledge for reskin? Yes and not!
Reskining is just changing ready to use application template, what can be bought from many services or downloaded from Github for free. Mostly what you need to change is:
-colors
-texts
-elements positions (drag&drop)
-java code:
(methods, variables, classes names by simply rename/refactor)
-copy&paste methods from my course!

but to understand it, build one/few apps from tutorials. You need to understand project structure, where to change and how to change.

1) How much money except the course is needed to buy tools and stuff?
2) The average pay that you have written about existing members..what is the lowest per day $$ ? At least $20?
3) Somewhere you mentioned about buying installs...is that a mandatory step ?
4) At least one noob programmer might be your buyer. What's his status?
5) Any difficulty in doing this from India ?

$25 is minimum for 1 GP account, this money paid to Google, not me
4x accs are recommended

Ad 2)
Lowest? Zero, people just don't work or resign to fast. Average is $50/day, many people doing more than $150, some of them making more than $500/day, one guy 2,5k$/day...
I think, there is 60-70% success rate, because YOU NEED TO LEARN AND WORK, with engagement, the success rate is 99% I think

Ad 3)
Nope, it's not mandatory

Ad 4)
Many noobs came, 99% were even NOT PROGRAMMERS, they learned fast and making money.
They will be always people who fail, I cannot tell you 100% Guarantee because there is YOUR OWN FACTOR: your learning skills, work, time spent, choosen niches, methods from my course. I can only advice you and answer your questions. I cannot work for you.

The biggest shit, what I've seen in our discord channel (in the past, now we haven't), that many of people were playing Fortnite whole days. Is it success way? They can blame themself.
From the other side, I have one guy, "silph", who made a lot of money, hundreds/day and now he opening mini-corporation to build bigger apps in casino industry. His knowledge about android was ZERO.
