Hi why did the youtube views that i purchased with a star dropped? Will it always drop and never stay? Because its disturbing that the views suddenly dropped. And will it automatically be refilled?

Hi,
You announced that you have disabled many services and I am glad that you admit that there was a problem. I wish that the services that did not work for me were not marked as "completed" or "partial" when nothing was delivered and that I could’ve had my money returned to me. Even services that were marked as “canceled” were never refunded. I hope that you can understand how bad this looks for you, especially when I have to wait so long to get my money back.
The fact is that the problem persists even after you supposedly disabled all non-working services. I seem to have lost even more money with the transactions of May 30th and June 1st. I had to reorder multiple services because the services did not start when they were supposed to. Some started working after more than 3 hours when they should have started delivering after 1 hour. Many never delivered anything yet they were marked as "completed". Again, I never got refunded for the services marked as “canceled”. Why is this? Why would you or the provider take my money and then not deliver the services and then mark it as "completed" and keep my money?
I have been paying for additional services that were never delivered or only partially delivered yet you did take my money.
These are the order numbers for the services that I paid for yet they were never delivered or only partially delivered and never refunded:
June 1st, I paid for 29,316 story views and got 14.147. The order numbers are:
20508359, 20508351, 20508338, 20508297, 20508278, 20500340, 20499836.
June 1st, I paid for 7,600 likes (including power likes) and got 4,498 in total from my followers and you. I know that I got at least 1600 likes from my followers, which means that you charged me for 4700 likes that were never delivered. The order numbers are:
20500049, 20500014, 20499980, 20499214, 20499172, 20499139.
On May 30th, I paid for 1000 power likes and they were never delivered. The order number: 20415371.
There are more services that were never delivered or only partially delivered that never got refunded, but it is taking a lot of my time to verify all of them and continue typing. Some of these are:

Suggestion: @zeelive Can you ask your provider if they can create an option to remove/unfollow certain Instagram accounts? If a buyer opens a dispute and wins even after the service is completed (aka scamming) all accounts that followed them should have an option to unfollow, even if we are charged for it. It would teach those people they should not even waste their time ordering as we will just take the followers back.
