Jarvee Help! Support can’t help

Hi,

So I have this problem with Jarvee. I run IG accounts and send auto DMs to my new followers. I’ve checked the box to NOT send a message whom I already had a convo with.

But here and there even though the box is checked it sends DMs to people who I already had a conversation with.

I’m in contact with Jarvee support and they already accessed my computer but couldn’t find the problem.

So maybe you guys could help me?
It’s really annoying...

Send your settings, we need that to help you o_o

Is it users who follow you, unfollow you, then follow you again. A lot of people are using bots and its common for this to happen aka why jarvee sends more than one
