This service is crappy I'm waiting for 3 months on return of my money because the service is not carried out always the same answer from admins their on cancellation is processed it is passed on otherwise nothing I do not charge because you with his money is ridiculous

First thing I see is that you changed your IG username ... I will check with provider what we can do. Even tho this service is disabled from our site, it still work on the provider side.

I'm trying to sort out the bad reviews from the good reviews...... Can anyone tell me if this is a solution:
What if I only purchased the premium more expensive versions for each product category? Would the higher prices and additional icons make these products more likely to come in fast and accurately? Or it doesnt matter whether you paid more for the "better" option of each type; users are still having same problems as if they were the cheapie?
I really don't care if it cost me many more times than your listed prices. All of these products are just a few dollars. On my end, I need quality... whatever the cost is to assure 100% quality Id pay it.
I'm hoping the complaints are just from people purchasing cheapest possible options. But if the higher cost products have the same issues as the less expensive ones then really what can any of us do

Thanks! Just an idea to throw out to you. I'd pay more if you had a section which is guaranteed working 24/7 for the main types (likes, etc). Where you monitor it more closely and if you notice the product died you switch it within the system on the backend, so we can keep the same link title from within our panel, or api for a website and it just always works.... You are fixing it from behind when it dies so we dont need to hassle with changing links.
Id pay more in the form of a monthly subscription or in the cost of the product so you make a higher margin. This will also allow you to firmly tell everyone that if other products die you offer a solution for 100% up time product.
From the reviews, I cant tell if people are complaining about losing 5 cents, $5, or $500 dollars and if they are being cheap on which product they are selecting or not. It's clear that you and some other sellers are trying to provide everyone with the best products and you are giving everyone a lot of options. The amount of stress that everyone will be saved from dealing with the clients they are reselling to that complain about site issues would all be worth paying you more money for higher quality experience.
