Our Skype support is back
.. for those using web-Skype and firefox who have problems with OS or browser incompatibilities vs Skype, we want to share our solution (not something new):
1 open google chrome
2 install skype extension
3 install user-agent-switcher (the one by esolutions.se was the fastest and most effective)
4 open user-agent-switcher and select Microsoft Edge as browser agent + Remember last user-agent at startup
5 enter Skype and close chrome if you want to navigate with a different browser (skype will remain active under a popup window)
From now on, the only things to do for entering Skype will be to open google Chrome and launch the Skype extension
ps: we didn't find any slowdown with this solution, at contrary, it seems that Skype works better and fastest.
