I wonder if you already had those accounts confirmed supplying another project you had instead or (if not) how do they look at these kind of sites. No it's not difficult to get in except for CPM networks like hilltopads and big networks, they have a minimum traffic requirement to be accepted. I have an army of this kind of sites which makes it easier to get in. But you can go with networks that have lower traffic requirement as well. I can suggest you some too. There are plenty out there.

Each of them has different policy, some don't care if you make money with them or not, and some do cares and inactivate your account until you make money again with them.

Look at how other sites operate, and do what they do.

You can set zero ads on verystream for example. Or use google drive with encryption.

Like I said on the first post. I posted a clickbait intro on the player and then a few seconds later a signup pop up will come up and when they click it, it will lead them to my affiliate link.

I have explained this before. Took a year to get a solid 45k. First $$ was 1k visitors tier 1 countries.

You need more visitors to apply to any networks. Make it at least 1k visitors first then apply.

I never stream live events tbh. It's either I gave them the external links or embed from other sources.

2- i've read every single comment here and you guys were talking about vps, i'm not sure why i need it for ?
3- what if i advertise my ecommerce website products on the streaming website what is the best payment Gateway to make sure i dont end up in jail, and is it even a good idea ?
4- i have other websites and i want to avoid every possible problem with google adsense is it enough to change on my address ip and choose a different browser while i'm working on this kind of websites?
5- is it possible to advertise on fb a website(legal website for articles) that advertises my streaming website with some kind of clickable banners or something similar
6- i'm living in a third world country what's the worst thing that could happen to me ?

2. You're promoting copyrighted stuff, then you'll need an offshore VPS / server for this.
3. Sorry I can't give you opinions about that since I'm not promoting ecom stuff. Perhaps you can ask @Beelze1 about this.

I'm interested on this one though,

I prefer to rank the videos on Google than Youtube. But you can do both if you want. I usually sent hundreds of low quality public blog network backlinks to them and optimize the onpage.

On this one, you mentioned about uploading the video in Youtube, and sending low quality pbn backlinks to it. Making it rank in Google and not in youtube.

Some questions for you sire:
1. Is the youtube video embedded to a website?
2. Rank in google, you mean like the one on the video carousel or an actual list like top 1 then it shows the video through youtube.com?

1. Add the word "tutorial" or "how to" in your title since google loves this kind of keyword. Doubt? Just type "how to swim" or "how to backflip" or whatever you have in mind and you'll see videos on top of the result.
2. Include your keywords in the first sentence. At least 300 words of description. Mention the keywords 4-5 times.
3. Google relies on backlinks and onpage optimized to rank a video. Unlike Youtube, they relies on audience retention. Therefore send some low quality pbn to your videos to get them ranked on google.

2. Yes. Filler content would do as well.
3. You can do sticky post which is permanent. The rest is latest posts.
4. This is micro streaming niche and it's not in movie niche. I have 162 posts on this site. Mostly filler content.
5. You custom code it. Can not explain it since I hired a local programmer to do that for me and I think you should too.
