IPv4 and IPv6 are both usable for Instagram (one account per proxy), but it depends on your actions whether your accounts get in trouble.
Unfortunately 3G/4G proxies are not available at the moment.

How many ips does the mobile proxy have? How often do they rotate? Is it possible to change ip on demand?
