Well I really doubt your OGads account would get banned for that as they dont really care from where the traffic comes from as long as its good for advertiser. You would be free to use other networks though. I seen some LP's where they are set up so that they redirect part of the traffic you get to their own offers. This applies to all the landing pages shared on forums and the ones you can download with HTTrack. I always advise everyone to make the landing pages themselves from scratch since it is not that hard to do or just buy them if you cant make it by yourself.

Yeah there may be some encoded scripts which are set to redirect for example 20 percent of your traffic to their own offers so you wont really know that. If you rip the landing page its a good idea to check all the files one by one to see and try to understand the code and if there is anything suspicous or encoded throw the LP away

the point here is people will use this landing page if they get more conversion than before
if i would redirect traffic you will not notice

Much like when people rip CPA landing pages and run it on a traffic source without cleaning the code, not realizing there is a script in there that redirects 25% of all traffic sent to the original LP owner's offers.

Considering your website URL also is just a parked redirect domain for ads, I would say you're good at hustling others, if people are lazy enough to do this you deserve the $$$
