Here are the answers to your questions:
- I've never had any problems with Amazon, but they're strict. If you don't want to risk it, just create a new account.
- It works with new accounts, but I do suggest aging them for 7 days because many subreddits don't accept posts from brand new accounts.
- It's going to be very hard to do this with an Android device. I suggest using a PC because you will be changing IP's a lot.
