Links were put on Niche UNrelated blogs, with 100s of comments all linking to one or multiple websites, so I wouldn't say "pretty low OBL score" and Blog Comments had no real content related to the created backlink.
He over delivered 7 Links in a 50 BC-Package, which is a over delivery of 14%.
I used them as Tier 2, I would definetly recommend, using them as Tier 2 if not Tier 3 and it definetly isn't safe to get those at your Money Site.

few of them pretty actual low obl and some high as well as we know high pa links could have some sort of large visitor numbers and users, and yes we also suggest our buyers to use this service as tier 2 but few of clients are using on main money site and getting exponential results as well,
