check your insight > Audiance > Followers > Hours
you will find there the best time that most of your followers are active

Best method is to make transform your account from personal to business and then keep an eye on the audience

Try Experimenting with posts some times it wont depend on time but also with the quality of post and hashtags.
True I changed the hashtags and also used posts that make my followers to stuff and the likes increased Thank you

You've got already great engagement!

Best posting times are:
  1. Early in the morning
  2. Lunch time
  3. Around 5 time o clock (people leave job)
  4. Dinner time
  5. Late night
This will take some time, to find your best times.

You can also go to your Instagram insights (as already someone mentioned).

Another tip how to raise your audience to get more engagement your posts is:

Warm up your followers meaning, share insta story before you post your video / picture.

Use hashtags related to your post & size. Feel free to use @Nicknames Free software to find the best hashtags for your posts.

To attract more of your audience engage with your shares, use full resolution for picture - video post. (Best resolution - 1080 x 1350 - takes most space on consumers device).

And small advice to end this: Do not focus too much on numbers. Meaning do not get worried if someone else has better following, engagement more comments etc... Focus on yourself - profile, and your results will skyrocket!

Thank you I learned lots from this :)

Messages sent between 7 and 9 am have the highest levels of engagement, and a good posting time is 5 pm and 2 am. But the posting during the working day, between 15 and 16 hours, should be avoided - at this time the audience is the least active. From my personal observations, I realized that the best time to publish is between 6 and 7:30 pm during the week and around 11 am at the weekend. Posting video content from 9 pm to 8 am gives 34% more interactions.

Change your account to a business account and use the Instagram Analytics that they provide you, it'll show you the best possible times to post for your account and your followers.

3pm-5pm around when people finish work, early in the morning whenever you wake up or around 10am when people wake up and go on their phones.

1. Depends if your accounts has instagram insights.
2. If no, record the time you post daily and after look at the difference as well as judging from the content does it show the same amount of engaging-ness.

There's various factor to play in this and depending on the country/region specifics you're trying to target, there's tons of variable here and everyone else timing might be different or works different for them so best way is to look out for repetitions, humans always repeats.
