Need HR views provider (or NPV views)

In current circumstances, as no panel provides HR views (at least 1k per order / day), I'm looking for someone to work with me one on one, and provide views & likes (and maybe subscribers - if they have any affect on ranking at all) consistently.

I need to grow my YouTube channel.
Please do let me know if anyone is able (and is willing) to work this way.

If this guy above says JAP, then don't believe him. This panel was banned on BHW. I have personally tested it in YT category, there is no help from support. Likes/dislikes? Doesn't work. Views will start a couple of days, then there may be a failure while your uploaded video is waiting for traffic.
