My account was disabled (deleted) for 2 weeks (513K - @1Video). But I could again back it. And now my account was shadowbanned and almost 1 year does not work my hashtags

I had this message once because I posted a funny video where a child falls like a shit but the video was a little too explicit and too violent apparently for Instagram so it was removed.

Try viewing storys and all that. I've never had a 500k account be disabled but I heard viewing storys brings trust up.
