We have canceled the 3-4 orders that were not started yet. All other orders are increasing as they should, you have purchased a slow delivery services so it's delivering slowly.

I'm new to the site, I added $50 to my account via cryptocurrency last night. Funds were taken from my account yet aren't available on the site yet. Sent a ticket but no response (I understand there's a delay), came here to hopefully get a response. Thank you

Guys the service must be stop people loses money.
I added 20$ in paypal , and they say to me that the email was wrong . The email that i send the money was in the instructions of the website . Now they change the instructions and the saying to me that is wrong email althought its for the same person .
I just lost 20$ , i talked with paypal and i cannot get refunded because of the type of transaction was to a "friend".

After using these guys for more than 10 orders I have to say followiz is very very inconcistent. Many times the the orders never start or they say 'completed' but nothing was done. I have had to reach out to their 'support' multiple times. Even then i dont hear back from them for days regarding my ticket. The interface looks good and the ordering process is easy but thats the only positives.
If these issues are ongoing raise a Shitlist if they don't refund you back to your Paypal.

Your panel is a scam! Within 12 hours of placing some SoundCloud orders the services were removed from your panel, meaning the orders I placed will never be completed. I opened a support ticket #92176 requesting a refund for these orders since the services were no longer available and instead of just canceling the orders this was their response:
"I have sent your request for cancellation to our service provider. We will be able to cancel and refund your order after our service provider cancels the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed."

Seriously, what a freaking joke. This thread should be closed and business listing removed from BHW. I think it's time for a mod review since the majority of posts these days are basically all complaints.

These people are BIG SCAM!!! Please, don't waste your time and money! They will took your money and gone! Seriously, after a couple of years of service these dudes became as a money stealers! They will NEVER finish your orders! They will give you a very formal answer in support ticket and will never fix the problem! Find some body else who is honor their work. This is big spoiled scam dudes! Seems like these guys are hiring some unresponsive low level people and they're not control at all everything out there! BEWARE! it is a BIG SCAM!!! NO TRUST! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!! Big SHAME!!! Watch out!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
